DIGITAL: DIGITAL
Scan bodies, digital analogs, premill blanks and Ti-bases for the Novodent SA implant systems, together with the guided surgery kits and the laboratory workflow they belong to. Every part stays tied to the brand and platform it was made for.
See the workflowFrom the scan to the finished restoration
The digital route replaces the impression tray with an intraoral scan. A scan body screwed to the implant transfers the position and the platform orientation; the restoration is designed on screen, milled or printed, and seated on a Ti-base. A digital analog placed in the printed model keeps the laboratory step physical where it needs to be.
- Scan body on the implant or on the multi-unit abutment records the position and rotation.
- The restoration is designed digitally and produced by milling or printing.
- A digital analog is placed in the printed model for fit and contact checks.
- The finished restoration is bonded to a Ti-base and delivered.
Digital components by system
Digital parts are not interchangeable between the brands. Each system has its own platform geometry, so the scan body, analog, premill and Ti-base come from that system's own range.

Implant Swiss — digital components
Scan bodies, digital analogs, premill blanks and Ti-bases for the Bone Level, Tissue Level, multi-unit and Octa platforms.

What the digital range contains
The same four component types recur across the systems. Each one is listed with its reference codes on the product pages.

Multi-unit scan body
Tissue level scan body
Digital laboratory analog for the printed model
Multi-unit digital analog
Premill blank for a custom abutment
Ti-base abutment
Multi-unit zirconia base
i-System premill blank
i-System Ti-base

Guided surgery kits
Where the plan is made digitally, the surgery can follow it through a template. Sleeves, guided drills and fixation pins are supplied as complete kits, with their own drilling sequence.

PACE guide kit
Guided drills, sleeves, bone mills, tissue punches and fixation pins for template-guided placement of the PACE implant.

Design libraries are being prepared
The CAD design libraries for the Novodent SA platforms are not published on this site yet, so there is no download here. The Ti-base, premill and scan body geometries themselves are listed with their reference codes on the product pages. For a specific platform, please contact the head office.
Documents for the digital range
The digital components, their reference codes and the guided protocol are covered in these catalogs.
